Jinx From League of Legends Is Visiting Fortnite To Promote A Netflix Program

One of the world’s most popular games is receiving a character from another of the world’s most popular games. Jinx, a character from League of Legends who will star in the upcoming Netflix series Arcane, is the latest gaming icon to enter Fortnite. Starting Thursday at 8 p.m. ET, you’ll be able to purchase her skin in the Fortnite item shop.

Fortnite is no stranger to crossovers, and in recent months, Epic Games has added a slew of new characters, including Kratos from God of War, Master Chief from Halo, Aloy from Horizon Zero Dawn, and four Street Fighter characters. Jinx debuts in Fortnite just two days before the November 6th release of Arcane, which Riot Games, the creators of League of Legends, is promoting with a multi-stage marketing blitz. The company is bringing Arcane-themed stuff to all of its titles, and Fortnite isn’t the only one. In mid-November, the massively popular PUBG Mobile will get “Arcane-inspired weapons and gear, characters, and map locations.”

League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics, Legends of Runeterra, and Valorant will all be accessible via the Epic Games Store starting Thursday, according to Riot Games.
